“A Delightful Experience with Friendly Service
Every morning, I visit Tim Hortons store inside the Esso station. I go through the drive thru and I have to say, it’s always a wonderful experience from start to finish. Rom the moment I place my order to paying and picking up.
The highlight of my visit is the exceptional customer service. The employees were incredibly friendly and make me feel like a valued guest. I’ve learned to know them well.
They greet me with smiles and answered all my questions about the menu patiently. Its pretty clear that they genuinely enjoy their work and take pride in offering excellent service.
I order a double double and they make sure to stir it very well for me.
The coffee is always perfectly brewed, rich and taste great.
Overall, my visit to this Tim Hortons is always very pleasant. The combination of great food, delicious drinks, and superb service makes it a place I’ll gladly return to again and again. Keep up the great work, Raj, Kumar, Vasandha, Briya and Melisa! Highly recommended!”
