He repaired my Nissan SUV so well that even the dealer couldn’t find any issues when I returned the lease. Since then, we’ve continued to come here for all our vehicles — including our Mercedes and Porsche — for any body work or touch-ups. From fixing rusted wheel covers to recently replacing my Porsche’s headlight cover, the work has always been top-notch. I'm always nervous going into car shops as they typically have a reputation for taking advantage of people that don't know much about cars, especially as a woman, but not this place.

I had such a great experience at Keele Auto Centre! I came in without an appointment, fully expecting to be turned away because they were clearly busy — but John went out of his way to fit me in for a much-needed oil change. Not only did he get the job done, but he actually finished earlier than I expected, which was incredibly considerate and appreciated.
My oil changes tend to be on the pricier side due to my car make, but the price here was totally fair and transparent. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this accommodating, efficient, and honest.

“What an exceptional experience. I had my vehicle repaired at a TD repair facility following an accident where someone rear ended and simultaneously side swiped my car. The TD auto body shop after 2, yes that’s right 2 attempts at repair left my car an absolute mess.
Karissa and her team stepped in and worked with me and spent a great deal of time going back and forth with TD Insurance. In the end the support and perseverance paid off and AWIN started the re-repair to fix the TD Insurance body shops poor quality work.
I cannot say enough about the absolute stellar quality work that was done and the support that was given. Would recommend AWIN to anyone looking for quality automobile body repair and service. Lesson learned, no more insurance recommended shops. If in need of auto body repair again, AWIN is where I am going.”
“This was by far my most pleasant experience with customer service in a very long time.
I dropped in unexpectedly to inquire about having the bushings changed in one of the doors on my jeep. I changed three doors but could not dislodge the fourth door. It had swelled out and completely seized. After visiting different locations and being told they could not remove it without replacing all the hinges as well, and at an grossly inflated price I found FIX AUTO.
I dealt with Ajay at the front desk. He went out and took a look at the door with one of his crew members and 45 minutes later my door was repaired.

“Sang and Igor were so welcoming and helpful. I was recommended this place by a close friend of mine. As soon as I walked in and explained the issue with my car, Sang was able to accommodate me and offered to look at the car on the same day. I was very appreciative of this as I did have my family with me including a toddler and an infant. It meant a lot to me that we didn’t have to come back on another day. Within a couple hours, he called and explained the work needed to be done and was able to order the parts and complete the job by mid afternoon. It feels good knowing I have a mechanic I can trust and at the same time supporting a local business. I had a great experience from start to finish and will return in the future. I would happily recommend this establishment to friends and family.”

“I just had Direct Repair fix the entire back gate of my Ford Edge after having been rear-ended. The other party was at fault so Dougei and team worked seamlessly with the insurance company and rental company to make the entire process easy. I was shocked how simple it was. I brought the car in on Monday and it was ready early in the day I was told. And it looked great! And to boot, they did a bang up job of washing the car inside and out so I felt amazing
