“Great experience with Art at L.K. Auto. They made the insurance process smooth and stress-free, handling everything from start to finish. The repairs were done professionally, and my car looks great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they kept me updated throughout the process. They also did a great job detailing my car, which really needed it work 2 Saint Bernard. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend them!”

“Very positive experience. Polite and courteous. No hidden charges. Invoice came out to exactly what I was quoted over the phone less the deposit I put down on my order. Work was completed very quickly. I purchased a set of tires with install. Tires were cheaper than any big name shop or online retailer I could find at the time. I can't speak for prices on other tire models but, based on their FB ads, seems similar. Labour was also very reasonable and cost less than I expected. I was fitting an oversized tire (intentionally) and they were kind enough to warn me that there could be clearance issues. They offered to mount the front 2 tires first so we could check the fitment before completing the job. If it didn't fit I would only be on the hook for the cost of labour. Thankfully it fit but I appreciated the extra care. I was also happy to be supporting a local shop. Will definitely recommend to friends.”

“Peter and his team repaired my vehicle (rear bumper) in a very reasonable time (3 days) and reasonable price after shopping around. Great quality of work after work was done. Can’t even tell where the damage occurred.”

“Amazing car service. Got called the day prior that a part was in, so the next day I went at noon expecting to wait a bit, to my surprise they instantly took the car in, fixed the part, as well as another issue on the roof of my car that they noticed, which was very nice of them. They also washed my car before giving it back, all in about 30 minutes. What a fantastic experience and service provided here. Thank you so much!”

“Adil did the towing and repair work on our car. The work was excellent and he was a pleasure to deal with. He even had the car detailed and delivered to our door. I would highly recommend Metro One Auto Services.”

“The car collision center did a good job on my vehicle. I especially want to mention Wang his customer service was excellent. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. During phone calls, the communication could be more friendly, but overall I’m satisfied with the service.”

“I got quotes from multiple places but ultimately chose this location, and I am so glad I did. Felipe did an amazing job on my car! The service was great, the communication was perfect, and the final work is absolutely seamless. He returned my vehicle looking like a brand-new car. Highly recommend!!”

“Great friendly staff. Got into an accident last year and my doors were damaged. The staff always kept me informed and updated me on my vehicle. Even when I needed to grab a few things, they let me come back and grab what I needed. I had to bring my small dog with me and were nice enough to let me bring him inside because of the heat.”
