A lot of places now days will get you to waste money and fix things that don’t need fixing but not at PC Gate. They genuinely want to help the customer. Adam is truly a wizard when it comes to computers laptops & tech. Honest man trying to make a living and the type of person you hope to run into when u go to get ur car fixed! Canada Computers offers 30 days free service since purchase for diagnostics and exchange, so I was able to get help in the store. It was a complex issue specific to the batch of my GPU, but Alex at the tech service desk resolved it in under 24 hours. This is very efficient for the complexity of this problem.
