“I do NOT recommend doing business with fireplace concepts. We canceled our project before it even started, and although Peter promised to refund our more than $9000 deposit (less a fee), he only refunded $2000. We are in the process of legal proceedings and are awaiting a hearing date to finally receive a full refund. It’s been a long drawn out experience that should have been resolved by the owners immediately refunding our deposit. Please do yourselves a favour and find an honest and reliable company for your project.”
