“Highly recommend working with Alan and the team! They provided an exceptional level of personalized service, the W Signature Service. After looking at our home's design and layout, they curated a selection of unique, artistic rugs that matched our style perfectly. We loved their recommendations and purchased three rugs. The entire process was seamless, and we're excited to work with them again to choose a fourth rug for our living room!”

“We are SO happy with our reading nook pillow! Pia knew exactly what we were looking for and was able to customize it perfectly to spec and with the right materials. It is beautifully made and so comfortable it’s instantly become the most prized real estate in the house! If we ever need custom pillows we know exactly where to go. Thank you Pillow Shoppe!”

“Thanks so much Ashley and Steve for providing excellent information and customer service as we tried to navigate the ‘strip’ lighting space!!! You were the only people prepared to spend the time with us to insure we purchased the correct product for our needs. Plus, the pricing on the product was terrific…significantly less than the companies who weren’t prepared to help us at all. We’ll be back!!”

“Super impressed with the service here. Their lighting selection is incredible, but their service is even better. I was a bit of a tricky customer but they were very patient with me and helped me get exactly what I needed. Will be buying many more lights from here in the future.”

“Bought a really nice sideboard from this store, but unfortunately it was damaged during delivery. All we had to do was reach out to our salesperson (Abdullah) and he took care of everything right away. We received the replacement within a week, and the whole process was quick and easy. I would definitely buy from here again.”
