“What a gr8 experience I had at Anthropology this afternoon. I always love seeing their house decor, everything so colorful and different, distinct. But that back sale corner...Good ness...if you search diligently, theres a good chance you'll find something utterly delightful...And I did today, an amazing Layered Twofer is its description, blouse with built in vest 2me...but it spoke 2me. The ladies in the dressing room were so helpful, I just wasn't sure but they sourced out some bottoms for me 2try on with it and voila, I could see how it was exactly perfect. And the the ladies at cash, what a delight they were. Everyone so helpful and personable. I couldn't have had a nicer experience. Kudos all round.
Oh yah and I came home with a gr8 very stylish, unique blouse to boot”

“If I could give zero stars, I would.
This store is beyond disappointing. I placed a large online order for plates and a serving dish and requested delivery. When the package arrived, half of it was broken. That part I can accept, it happens.
The real issue started with their customer service, which is the worst I’ve ever experienced.
• I emailed them immediately. It took two weeks to get a response.
• When they finally replied, they said they’d “look into it”… and then disappeared again.
• I tried Instagram, where they were polite and apologized, promising to resolve it “as soon as possible.” Another week went by.
• Eventually, they emailed saying they would issue me a refund, even though I had asked for a replacement dish.
But the worst part? Instead of refunding my credit card, they sent me a gift card within minutes LoL … Honestly, who would ever want to buy from them again? That’s ridiculous.
Mistakes happen, but neglecting and dismissing customers is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor, avoid this store completely. With so many other beautiful homeware shops out there, especially in today’s economy, you’re far better off supporting businesses that actually value and respect their customers!

Family owned business and the owners are always so sweet and helpful whenever we come by. If you haven't visited this store, it's a must see! Definitely a little gem in North York!:)”
