“Sleep Masters is a great store if you’re looking for a personal attention and quality Canadian products. My daughter and I went there to look for a mattress when she went to university. She started at IKEA and wasn’t impressed with the quality. We still had a budget though.. When we came here, Ali listen to what we needed and found her a fantastic mattress for an excellent price and she is thrilled with it. I was looking for a solid wood dresser with three columns of drawers and they helped create a custom option with one of the manufactures. Our leather couches with recliners are a perfect fit too. We were also very happy that they were willing and able to ship to us here in Cape Breton directly to our front door (that's hard to find here with a lot of stores.) The shipping company was also great to deal with. We love our new futon and mattress...it fits into our small space perfectly, love the additional storage drawers, it's quite comfortable and exactly what we wanted. It was also fairly easy to assemble. Great experience overall!”

I purchased a Hybrid Model of mattress.
Which I wanted it to be more firm. They delivered exactly the mattress that I requested and I received it in the exact time frame that Josh gave me.
The delivery of my new mattress went 100% correctly too.

His sales style is assertive and direct, but once you get used to it, you'll understand that he cares and really knows a lot about the in-store products.
