“You can get name brand appliances and comfortable/reliable furniture ANYWHERE. But only at this specific The Brick location are you greeted right away at the door with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always ran into Patience and worked with her but today, Patience was not there and I was still able to get the same excellent shopping experience with Antoinette. Kudos to the human resources department for hiring such dedicated and friendly professionals. Kudos to the store manager who most likely treats his staff with respect and ensures proper etiquette in his store. ? I have been shopping here for over 10 years and will definitely be back!”

“So I went to this store casually just to look around. And I came across an item that I liked and inquired about it. This very kind and sweet associate (Trover) helped me and went beyond and above. Gosh he had so much patience with my hyper kids. I ended up buying a dining set, a bunk bed and so much more. When they delivered my furniture they had forgotten to include one more chair. I called the store and Trover took it upon himself to deliver the chair to me. This kind of customer service deserves an award. “From the moment we stepped in the store Nader made us feel special. He gave us the opportunity to browse at our leisure encouraging us to take a nap. We were looking for a mattress for our cottage. So he knew we weren’t looking for the top of the line but something comfortable for all sleeper types. “We decided to stop and just browse through our local Sleep County store near Warden and Eglington in Scarborough. We were greeted by a friendly store employee, Kevin Zhu. He listened carefully to what we were looking for, and right away he showed us options and possibilities that would fit our needs. He showed us prices and styles. We finally decided on what we wanted and Kevin gave us the price ranges that fit our budget and even then Kevin continued to search and provide us with better prices. After we had left the store Kevin phoned a few days later with better options and prices. Overall awesome experience and if you are looking at purchasing and new bed stop by and visit Kevin Zhu at the Sleep County near Warden and Eglington. Everything is spread vertically to maximize the space available, and it works perfectly. Even the cafeteria is spread across three floors. Good establishment, self checkout at the cafe.”
