“Sleep Masters is a great store if you’re looking for a personal attention and quality Canadian products. My daughter and I went there to look for a mattress when she went to university. She started at IKEA and wasn’t impressed with the quality. We still had a budget though.. When we came here, Ali listen to what we needed and found her a fantastic mattress for an excellent price and she is thrilled with it. He even arranged to return her temporary mattress back to our home from her university as a favour. I will definitely shop there again!”

“Amazing customer service! My questions were answered quickly via email with even a phone call from the company to help go over details. We were also very happy that they were willing and able to ship to us here in Cape Breton directly to our front door (that's hard to find here with a lot of stores.) The shipping company was also great to deal with. We love our new futon and mattress...it fits into our small space perfectly, love the additional storage drawers, it's quite comfortable and exactly what we wanted. It was also fairly easy to assemble. Great experience overall!”

“Not the most elegant showroom, but what they lack in glitz, they more than make up in Customer Service. Joe and Morris are all about customer service! Their aim is to give the customer EXACTLY what they want (even when the customer doesn't actually know what exactly they want). In our case, they initially provided a very nice mattress, but it wasn't perfect in a couple of minor aspects namely, it was a bit too tall for our adjustable bed and it was so thick that we almost needed a step stool to climb up into bed. We can fix it, they said. We expected them to take back the mattress and rework it but they built a whole new one with the requested changes. Who does that, and remain in business? Well, apparently Joe and Morris do that because they have been in business for over 20 years. I'm guessing the customer goodwill and loyalty that they've garnered over decades yields lots of repeat and referral business. I know they will be my first call for any future mattress needs and I won't hesitate to heartily endorse them. Oh, I shouldn't forget to mention that their prices will convince you to never shop retail for mattresses again!”

“We recently visited the showroom because the website was not doing justice. The show room has amazing selection of bunkbeds, it’s all up to your preference. Brad the owner, was very professional, helpful and accommodating. The bunkbed was delivered almost immediately after the purchase, the assembling of the bed was an easy process, it only took us a couple of hours to put it together.
