“Very good experience. Went there with the family and we spent several hours there. It's nice to go through all the departments as they have many different setups, and even if you don't buy anything, you can get ideas from it. We also attended the restaurant, the food was pretty good. It's not the cheapest place because you start getting things and it adds up a lot at the end, but also it's not very expensive, just like a meal in the mall or something like that. Overall, we had a great day.”

Despite initial reservations about conducting everything online, their exceptional customer service and attentiveness surpassed my expectations. When I visited their location in person, they went above and beyond by arranging delivery the next day and graciously waived the delivery fee. Their proactive communication allowed me to prepare for the delivery process smoothly. Despite a minor hiccup with a misplaced mattress protector (later found in the corridor), they handled the situation professionally, even providing photographic evidence of the delivery. Despite the slight embarrassment on my part, I hold them in high regard and would gladly do business with them again. As for the mattress itself, it certainly lives up to its worth and exceeds expectations.”

“3rd time lucky! I visited the 1091 Yonge Street store, to exchange a mattress. It was a Comfort Exchange, which Head Office has to approve. That is a 3rd exchange. So I was stressed to be doing that and nervous to make my last selection. The first sales associate, Kamul, was very helpful and took time to understand my situation. Then Anjum, another associate, took over my file. He was so professional and personable, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. And he took extra time to make sure that this last exchange was going to be perfect for me. He saw to it, that I would leave the store confident and happy with my last purchase.
