“I recently bought a mattress for my MIL who was suffering from very bad backpain. I was pleased to find the ideal mattress at a great price at Queensway mattress. They were very helpful and proceeded to ensure we got her mattress as soon as possible and understood their warranty policy (which is very reasonable). Thank you for your great customer care, my MIL is very happy with her mattress and finally sleeping pain free.”

98 Oxford Street, Toronto ON M5T 1P3
“Such a lovely shop! The owner is very helpful and kind, I booked a time with the shop and he patiently explained and showed us many of their beautiful products, the material and also how to care for them. Everything is handmade and very high quality.I would love to buy their products, especially the tatami and the tables. We are considering to do so in the coming months as we just moved to Toronto very recently. I have to add this, the simplistic life style and philosophy, reminds you that you are not bound to buy so many furniture in your house. That was a great lesson to learn for me and my family. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that is interested in natural material, minimalist style or of course Japanese philosophy.”

745 Danforth Avenue Suite 309, Toronto ON M4J 1L4
“I had to take some time to write about Muhammed Islam at 745 Danforth. His sales style is assertive and direct, but once you get used to it, you'll understand that he cares and really knows a lot about the in-store products. He sold my wife and I a couple of pillows, and went out of his way to make sure we were informed and got what we needed. He was also willing to go out of his way to accommodate customer needs. I felt supported throughout the process and truly felt that he was putting our customer experience at the forefront. Thank you so much! Will return for future bedding needs.”

“I had a very positive customer service experience a few days ago at the Sleep Country store in Bloor West Village. Five years ago I purchased a high quality mattress cover from this store that had a 10 year warantee. Recently the underside of the mattress cover started to peel away on one side. I went into the store and was directed to call Sleep Country customer service. I did and spoke to Daniella who was most helpful. She said the company no longer carries the same brand of mattress cover, but if I went into the store and brought in the damaged mattress cover, I would be given a new, comparable one free of charge. I did this and everything went smoothly. In fact the whole experience exceeding my expectations. I also want to give a special shout out to Mike who works in the Bloor West store as he was extremely helpful. I have dealt with Mike before and he is great!”

“Bought a hybrid memory foam and pocket coil mattress from them on MDG, and i could not have been happier with the purchase! Cost was lower than local shops, delivered early and on time, and is one of the best night's sleeps I've had in years! I have to admit, i was stunned when the mattress was delivered... never thought i would see a full size mattress, being a foot thick, vacuumed packed. But hey, if it works, it works, who am I to complain! So satisfied with the mattress, will be looking to them to replace a few bunk bed mattresses soon.”

1278 The Queensway, Etobicoke ON M8Z 1S3
“I went to Sleep Country on the Queensway last week. I was greeted warmly by Unnati. She welcomed me with a smile and was very polite. She listened to my concerns and guided me to the type of mattress I was looking for. She made sure that I tried all of her suggestions so that I can choose the best fit and be satisfied with my choice. I really appreciated this since a lot of other vendors do not do this! She did not rush me through the sale at all but asked me to take all my time. I had a lot of questions and she made sure to answer all of them. Moreover, she got me a VERY good deal on an expensive mattress. The mattress came after a week, based on my preference. I was amazed by this since other vendors take 3 to 4 weeks. The staff called me a few days before the delivery to check in and re confirm the date. They were so polite! The delivery staff was very nice and respectful as well, unlike the delivery staff of other vendors I have dealt with. The staff there, their professionalism and their politeness is the reason I would go to this place everytime I need to. Not to mention that I am going to recommend this place to every person looking to purchase quality bedding. Kudos to the team there for this exceptional experience!”
