“I brought my Samsung S10E in for repairs. Phone decided to stop working suddenly. Took them a day to diagnose that there was a short in the motherboard. Although they did not succeed in repairing the first time, the phone shorted out shortly after returning to me. After doing research and understanding that these repairs sometimes result in a unstable phone, and will have a chance of shorting out again they still managed to eventually return a fully working phone to me that has lasted over 2 months now, as I am writing this review with the same phone.I really appreciated their transparency with me while my phone was in for repairs. Although it took really long for them to return a fully functioning phone that was stable, Iappreciated the fact they stood by their word and got the job done.
Thank you to the team of technicians that worked on my phone, you guys have saved my phone and all my important documents I had on it.
1 year update. Although they told me the phone will be unstable after the repairs and knowing my phone has a common issue of the motherboard shorting out. The phone literally lasted almost a full year after the repairs were done while using it on a daily basis. So I can safely say they have exeeded beyond my expectations for how long the phone will have lasted after the repairs were done. Keep in mind this was a very old phone too from 2019.
