“I am very happy with my new water softener machine. The team was very helpful with providing information for dealing with the issue I was experiencing. I was able to safely override the old unit and shut down the water. They then helped me book an appointment to receive installation in a few days. Matt was at my house to install the new system and educate me on the machine. Being new to Kitchener I did not have the knowledge of how the system worked. Now I do and I can confidently manage my household water system. I would highly recommend getting any of your household water needs from this company. They are trustworthy and knowledgeable!”

“Another Vacuum place in a different city highly recommended them as the original place I went didn’t have the discontinued part I needed. The staff are friendly and Extremely knowledgable. They have a ton of products and accessories and they went above and beyond showing me how certain accessories worked! I actually had fun shopping and bought a few extra items. I highly recommend them. They are worth the extra bit of a drive.”
