“Excellent Customer service. I came in last week with a small vacuum which stopped working all of a sudden. Steve took a look, found a napkin stuck inside it, which caused the vacuum to overheat and shutdown. It took him 5 minutes to fix it and he didn't charge me a penny!! Very nice gesture if you ask me. :))) I will definetly return to this store if I have any other vacuum issues. Thank you Steve!!!”

“Our water softener broke on us unexpectedly, and unfortunately left us in a tight spot since we have fish who are acclimated to soft water.We called EcoWater Systems to replace our water softener and they were very quick to get someone out to our house. The new system came earlier than even expected today, and was all said and done in about an hour. The service man was very professional and went above and beyond with his service. We definitely reccomend EWS”

And I just want to say thank you for storing them until I sold my home and moved into my new home. So today my appliances got delivered and the two gentlemen that delivered them were very kind and polite. They plugged in my fridge and my stove and and put the washer and dryer the dishwasher where it go's . And before the two guys left they wish me all the best in my new home. I would buy appliances again from Goldman's everybody there is wonderful to deal with. And I just want to say thank you to Isha that helped me pick out my appliances that day. “I had been looking for months on end for a very specific Range Hood to complete our kitchen renovation. I had called every practically every appliance store in Ontario and I was willing to drive to and get it. I can’t count how many stores I had called but the ones I did, showed they had one or two in stock. Not a single person at these stores was willing to do a physical check to see if their system was accurate. Every one would just say, “oh that’s most likely and error and we don’t have one.” This was frustrating toy say the least. Then I called this Rona and I was connected with Mike in the appliance department. I went through the same explanation, but the only difference is that he was actually willing to go and do a physical check. 10 minutes later my phone rings and it’s Mike with great news. He found it. It was there but just hidden and tagged with the wrong item number. It still had the Lowe’s itemNumber on the box, but he found it. He went above and beyond. He had it pulled out and on a cart for me when I arrived to pick up the unit one hour later. Thank you Mike! I wish that there were more individuals that were willing to provide the level of service you did. I appreciate you and your efforts.”
