“We had a great experience at Rona Waterloo recently. Poojan was of great help, and reminded us that we were eligible to avail of the discount for seniors if we purchased anything from Rona on Tuesdays. Discount availed. Delivery completed as scheduled. Thank you!”

“We had a great experience purchasing our mattress and bed from The Brick, thanks to Barry. He was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, explained the different options clearly, and helped us choose something that suited our needs and budget without making us feel pressured. The whole experience was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. We really appreciate Barry’s professionalism and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Barry!”

“The experience I've had with ecowater Kitchener was excellent. They installed my water softener and made it all so clean. And from the start they were helping me so much with discussing with the manufacturer. They came by so many times and were so responsible with their work. After using their services I could never worry about any issues, they will take care of it.”

“Another Vacuum place in a different city highly recommended them as the original place I went didn’t have the discontinued part I needed. The staff are friendly and Extremely knowledgable. They have a ton of products and accessories and they went above and beyond showing me how certain accessories worked! I actually had fun shopping and bought a few extra items. I highly recommend them. They are worth the extra bit of a drive.”

“Goemans Appliances is truly a full service experience! Ian Dietrich provided excellent sales advice in-store and was very responsive via email throughout the entire purchasing process. The delivery and installation teams were very respectful of my home and were very quick and professional. From the sales process to the delivery to the installation and the removal of my old appliances, Goemans took care of it all. The only thing I could say that needs improvement is the amount of notice that they give you for your delivery window, especially living in a building where you have to book an elevator, less than 24 hours doesn’t work.”

“I feel, They are best to provide code-compliant items. If I need to find which is something code-compliant then it is my first stop. They usually keep such items. I guess, That's why there items Sometimes a bit costly compare to others, but in case of verification or insurance, they are good to have code-compliant stamps. Moreover with pro It gives me 5% off always which gives me better price compare to others.”
