“I had open heart surgery in 2023. My wife purchased a power lift & recline chair from Waterbed Gallery Elmvale, Ont for my recovery. I love this chair. I continue to use it due to it's comfort. I recently (10/2024) had a malfunction where one of the power arm fittings broke. I dropped into Waterbed Gallery on a Friday and spoke with Terry who ordered a new motor and arm. The next Tuesday Terry arrived with the new motor and arm. It was installed within a half hour. All the mechanical parts were lubricated. I asked Terry what I owed him. R-"nothing, its under warranty". I meant for him to deliver and install the parts. R- "no charge customer service". We will return to Waterbed Gallery in Elmvale for any future bedroom furniture. Excellent customer service.”
