“I got an item placed on hold and went the same day to pick it up. The product I was getting was missing a piece from it but didn't require it. The ladies I dealt with were super nice and didn't pressure me to get it. I told them I still wanted it and they gave me a discount for the missing piece and just helped so much with everything. Home Hardware does a nice job with their Store Layouts.I went into the store looking for the Buddy Heater which was on Sale in their Flyer. As it turned out, the Sale was over on Wednesday. There was a new Sale Flyer in effect. It is was my fault, as the Sale was over and I did not Check the date. She asked if I still wanted it. I said yes but at the Sale price. She said of Course.
