“My parents had purchased a beautiful custom vanity/sink combination with very nice faucets about 20 years ago. The hot water faucet just finally started to drip after all this time. I had looked everywhere for a matching cartridge, but no luck. I took the chance and stopped in to Crown to see if they could help out. All I had to do was show them a picture of the faucet, and he knew what cartridge to order. And gave some pointers on cleaning the old cartridge to make it last until the new one came in. And when it arrived a week or so later, I was told no charge. I had seen this in the past with standard Moen cartridges, but this was a much more expensive unit. So I greatly appreciated the service and cannot recommend them enough for your future kitchen and bathroom refurbs!”

“This place has everything-work clothes and shoes, garden tools, dog items and food, hardware, and treats. Reminds me a lot of Len's Mill. Only feedback I have is the staff should know if they have inventory or not, and not make it the customer's responsibility to find it on the floor.”
