“Huge shout out to Tanya for going above and beyond to help me with a last minute car rental. Even though the location was extremely busy, she remained calm, organized, and clearly in control of everything that was going on. She was patient, polite, and incredibly professional the entire time, which made a stressful situation feel manageable right away.
My original reservation was made at a different location by Toyota, but Tanya immediately stepped in and took over at the location I was already at. Without any hesitation, she worked through the situation, secured a car for me, and handled the billing that was outsourced to Toyota. She made what was already a complicated and frustrating experience at Toyota, feel smooth and straightforward at Enterprise.
The car was clean, had a full tank of gas, and she took the time to walk me through everything so there were no questions or confusion. I never felt rushed, even with how busy things were. Her attention to detail and willingness to help truly stood out.

Even when the repairs took a few more days to complete after a month, they didn't charge me those extra 2 days which I really appreciated.
