She makes sure every single person gets individual attention, offering tips, adjustments, and encouragement. The atmosphere is positive, welcoming, and motivating. Amanda’s passion for the sport shines through, and her coaching style builds both skill and confidence. After just one class, I was hooked — her sessions have earned my loyalty. I’ve been going to this CrossFit gym for approx. 6 months now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. The coaches are super knowledgeable and always take the time to make sure you’re doing things the right way,
The people here are great too—there’s a real sense of community, and it feels like everyone is rooting for each other, which makes the workouts way more fun. The gym is always clean, and they’ve got all the equipment you could need for a solid workout. Plus, the classes are never the same, so it keeps things interesting and challenging.

The machines look well maintained. Bathrooms are well maintained. Friendly environment. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a gym to achieve your goals at your own hours.”

“One of my main GoodLife locations that I workout at. Great location, up to date equipment, spacious, good vibe, staff are friendly, and all around a good place to workout. The only downside is the parking is only for 2 hours and it's sometimes time crunching, as well as it's always busy.”
