“I had such a wonderful experience with Abby at TELUS! She helped my mom, my husband, and me with getting new phones and updating our phone plans, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Abby was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and never once made us feel like we were asking too many questions or being annoying. She explained the differences between leasing and financing, helped us find the best deal for our needs, and even showed us different things we could do to lower our monthly bill. She worked quickly and efficiently, but never made us feel rushed. I left feeling completely confident about what we were getting because she answered every question I had and made everything so easy to understand. She also transferred all of our data from our old phones for us, which made the whole process so much easier. And she went above and beyond by looking into my account more closely and discovering that I had actually been paying for a TELUS service that wasn't even set up! “Here to provide a 6* Star Review to Nooshin, had an issue with an Esim since day one of purchasing the phone from Apple, this issue affected me on a trip, with spotty reception ... She did her troubleshooting, got rid of other ESIM that ended up there since day 1 activation for some odd reason, reinstated the ESIM, I also purchased a Physical SIM just in case to isolate the issue next time easy to swap in a spare phone, overall a smooth transaction, she was very welcoming from the get go, knowledgeable, understanding... The type of service everyone strives for and that I have not seen at these stores in a while and I have been a customer for a loong time. Kudos, Job well done, World Class Service TELUS should be proud to have her onboard. Awesome Associate. Thanks again, Phone is in Tip Top shape today.”

“First of all, I hesitated for a moment to subscribe to their Internet service when I saw the comments here on Google. It was Fido who sent me an email regarding a special offer from Comwave for Fido/Rogers Mobile subscribers. I paid $65 with Telus for 250Mbps and with Comwave I had the possibility of having 120Mbps for $20.25 until December 31, 2025, still a nice saving and it still met my needs. Some people say in the comments that the customer service is “horrible” or even “incompetent”. Personally, I contacted customer service twice for questions and clarifications, really no problem, very courteous staff and they were able to answer me correctly. I had subscribed to the service on a Friday, the following Tuesday I received notification that the Modem/Wi-Fi had been shipped and that no technician would be needed for installation. On Friday of the same week I received the package by Purolator while my service began the next day at 5 p.m. The only downside that I can mention is after unpacking this equipment, their Modem/Wi-Fi felt ultra cheap in hand and indeed the performance of the router part was very inconsistent, even in local network, big congestion with only one device in Wi-Fi and the other in LAN on OpenSpeedTest. I already had my own Wi-Fi 6 router, so I put their equipment in Bridge mode only and use my own router for the network, it works perfectly fine. In summary for my experience I find it better than Telus apart from the equipment provided, especially for the price at the special rate. Try to contact Telus on a Friday, you will tell me the news :)”
