I was very worried about losing some or all of this data when I switched. I went to the Albion Mall Virgin Store and staff member Shee handled my new phone transition with professionalism. She allayed my fear of data loss and seamlessly got all the old stuff onto my new phone without issue. Excellent service from an excellent employee. Thank you Shee for helping me today. “I am not impressed at all for The following reasons1. I received an email informing me that i would not have to be present at the time of installation. This. Is not true . After i had already missed the day of installation and could not access internet i started looking into resolving the problem. Turns out that comwave rides Shaw's lines. So yes comwave would not have to be present,however Shaw would require someone to be present in the home at the time of installation needless to say I missed the appointment and I don't have internet over the holidays thanks comwave”
