Comwave Networks Inc.

Internet Service Providers
Hours: Comwave Networks Inc. is an internet service provider that has received mixed reviews from customers. While some customers have praised the company's affordable pricing and friendly customer service, others have reported issues with the quality of the equipment provided and inconsistent internet performance. The company offers high-speed internet plans, with one customer reporting a significant cost savings compared to their previous provider. The installation process was also smooth, with the customer receiving their modem/router quickly and without the need for a technician. However, some customers have reported issues with the quality of the equipment provided by Comwave, describing it as "ultra cheap" and experiencing inconsistent performance, even with a single device connected. To address this, one customer opted to use their own router instead of the one provided by Comwave. Overall, while Comwave has made improvements over the years, particularly since being acquired by Rogers in 2023, some customers have expressed concerns about the company's focus on cable internet and the limitations of the equipment they provide. Despite these issues, many customers continue to use Comwave's services and recommend the company, especially for the cost savings.
