“Went in looking for a specific Vintages product that your app showed 8 of. However when I got there, was told by Fred Angotti that they were just sold today. He said though that Cornwall and Trafalger had 2. He called and asked them to be put aside and also said he would contact the Product Consultant there (Johnny) via email. Suggested we go into our store (Portage and Colborne) to arrange an IST so I can get them in Niagara where it's a challenge to get wines like this. Thank you for your assistance. Means a lot.”

“Went in to get my husband's boss a gift for Christmas and was greeted and offered assistance by an employee behind a counter. He was so friendly,nice informative and overall so helpful and polite. He worked fast and efficiently on our purchase. The whole staff were super great even when dealing with what appeared a drunk lady who looked like she made her purchase before we got there but remained in there to continue to vent about something. The other staff still managed to provide great customer service all while handling the overly loud and talkative drunk customer without offending them.”

“Organized and pretty decent store. went there to buy a red wine “Pinot noir” and one staff was busy stacking the stuff so I asked her about the red-wine, surprisingly the staff helped me to get it and even she showed some alternatives too. Been to the store and had a bad experience before but this time it’s good. The man cashier need to be taught customer service a bit, no greeting!!! Apart from this I don’t find any issues from this store!!”
“Always a smile from the staff.Makala deserves special mention as she is always busy cleaning, and helping staff and customers always with a smile and good humour. She makes it pleasant to be served by her.”

“Always where we return empties and the only issue is how busy the parking lot right in front of the beer store is. Better to park further out in the plaza parking lot.”
