“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Carl's Pharmacy has no peer from any other pharmacies. They are head and shoulders above all others no matter whether they are an independent or a chain. Nick and all his associates and staff are truly amazing. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, kind and always willing to go the extra mile to research, advise or help in any way needed.
Other companies could learn a lot about customer service from Carl's. If other companies treated their customers in the same way, the world would definitely be a better place.
We are truly blessed to have Carl's Pharmacy with Nick, Dina, Huba, Toni and Martina in our community.

“I’ve been going to this pharmacy for almost 5 years now and honestly, I don’t think you can find a better pharmacy than this one
It’s not only the conveniente location and service, it’s how the staff treats people.
From Morcos who is the owner to his wife and all his employees, they are absolutely awesome.
They care about people, explain properly, have the medicine ready super quick and if for some reason they don’t have something, they will order it for next day.
You won’t be disappointed after visiting this location”
“Efficient and friendly. Remembered to put my meds in an easy open container. Also remembered to give me two bottles of drops so that I only need to pick them up once a month instead of every two weeks. Also helped out my husband by sending a prescription up north when he had forgotten his pills (thus avoiding a long drive home and back!) Very much appreciated!!”

“We have been using this Erin mills IDA for at least 25 years. The previous pharmacists were wonderful and the replacements are just as good if not better. They are very knowledgeable and always review anything new with us when we pick them up. They are always friendly and know us by name. We often get our immunization shots from them and they do a great job, letting us know which are best suited to our needs .With the new system reordering meds and calling drs for renewals has been greatly alleviated as it’s done automatically. When I had an eye emergency even though Ali was alone and it was busy he got my meds filled before closing as I had come quite late over the holidays. I hope that if the plaza closes they relocate close to us as we would hate going to a big box pharmacy”

“I stopped bothering with the big chain pharmacies on Lakeshore after finding this spot. It’s refreshing to walk in and not have to wait in a massive line just to ask a simple question. The staff here actually take a second to explain your meds—I needed a custom compound for a skin issue, and they had it ready way faster than I expected.
The only minor downside is the hours; they aren't open late like Shoppers, so you have to plan your pickup time a bit better. But for the personalized service, I’ll take the trade-off.”

The workers are professional, empathetic, and just great at their job, they explain everything you need and offer pretty good prices for their prescriptions. Their drug delivery services have also helped me so much as someone who lives quite far and cannot drive due to health reasons.
