“there was a little confusion with the start/end date with the flex rate. But the sales rep fixed it up.The truck had a check tire pressure light on the whole time. The service person said it is not a problem. Still an annoying thing to have on. The sales person lent us a padlock. And the prices for boxes and other equipment is much cheaper than home depot or other hardware stores. One item of information that would be helpful is to know what the fuel consumption of the truck is for topping up the tank. I was able to figure out it was 13 mpg (18 L/100 km). But only because I pushed the right button that told me. overall it was a good experience.”
