“Thrift shopping is a treasure hunt! Always remember that. If you are looking for something specific, you may or may not find it...depending on what you are looking for. Pack your patience if you are This location is always busy especially on Tuesdays, the 30% Seniors discount day. Well stocked in clothing, accessories, home goods and seasonal items. Friendly staff but I try to avoid the washroom. I have thrifted designer items here at low prices! Join the Super Savers club for deals or bring a bag of stuff to donate and get a $10 off coupon. I miss the 20% discount coupon they used to offer.. Do not lose anything here...it will disappear! Happy Thrifting! ?”
“Restore on Kipling is a great destination for anyone looking to furnish or improve a home or office while being open to second hand, repurposed, or project style pieces. It is especially appealing to people who enjoy DIY, upcycling, or putting a bit of effort into bringing items back to life, as many of the pieces available may need cleaning, refinishing, repairs, or a creative touch to truly shine. The store carries a wide and varied selection of items, making it a useful place to browse whether you are working on a full renovation or simply looking for one unique piece. You can find furniture such as couches, chairs, tables, beds, and other household furnishings, as well as kitchen items, appliances, doors, windows, tiles, and various home improvement materials. This variety makes it easy to visit with multiple purposes in mind, from decorating to practical building or renovation needs. The layout allows you to explore different sections at your own pace, and part of the experience is discovering hidden gems among the inventory. Prices tend to be reasonable compared to buying brand new, which makes it an attractive option for budget conscious shoppers or those looking for more sustainable choices. Parking is available on site, which is convenient, though it does tend to get quite busy on weekends, so visiting during weekdays or earlier in the day can make for a more relaxed shopping experience. Overall, Restore on Kipling is a worthwhile stop if you enjoy browsing, are open to restoring items, and appreciate the mix of furniture and building materials all in one place.”
“Plenty of clothes and shoes to choose from. Back packs and purses. Dvds for 2 dollars. There is an electronics section with decent audio equipment and the occasional TVs and all. Up front there is a display case with incredible finds. Recently an Xbox 360 with cords and 2 controllers showed up for 70 dollars. Much cheaper than any similar Facebook marketplace posting. Also a PS2 Slim with controllers for 100 dollars.”
“I am a regular. Trade in May not be satisfying if they don't need much of what you have. But I still get a dopamine high from the sales and quality I find here! The racks are always loaded. Great costumer service.”
“I had a large amount of items to donate, and Sajan at the donation center was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and personable, and he made the entire donation process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear he truly enjoys the work he does. His kindness and professionalism made a big difference — thank you, Sajan!”
