“I brought my car in today to get looked at because my engine light was on. Giorgio took me right away and accessed the issue. I was bracing myself thinking this will probably cost me a lot of money and to my surprise...It didn't cost me anything. I will definitely going back at a later date and get a tuneup and change out my spark plugs. I completely trusted him and will not be taking my car anywhere else moving forward. “The check engine light on my car had turned on, and my car was having issues accelerating from a stop, or up a hill. I took it to my regular mechanic, but his garage was too small to diagnose the problem, so he sent me somewhere nearby to get a diagnosis. I was told the transmission needed to be replaced and that it will cost $6780 to replace it. After consulting my mechanic, he recommended Woodbridge Transmission. I had never dealt with them in the past, so before I went there, I took it to the dealership for another quotation. I was told that the problem was more than the transmission, and the car was not worth fixing, and that even if I decided to, it would cost more than $12000. Finally, I took it to one last garage, and they recommended Woodbridge Transmission, without knowing I had already been given their name. When I went there, Peter from Woodbridge Transmission took a look, and told us it it's not the transmission, but the convertor, and that it will cost $1300 to replace. Out of everyone I dealt with, Peter and Woodbridge Transmission were extremely honest, thorough, truthful, and straight forward. They didn't try to extract more money than the problem was worth. They saved us thousands of dollars with their honesty. I am very happy with the service and I definitely recommend them to anyone.”

“Tried El Mono based on good google reviews. Needed to repair some rust and repaint the repaired work. The work needed an extra day as the paint code on my suv was not a match (not El Mono's error). Fabio went to the extra trouble of going back to the paint supplier to scan a better paint match which was spot on and then repaint. “Marc and his team go above and beyond with their service. Even when doing a simple oil change and tire swap they will take the time to ensure the brakes etc are good and point out work and maintenance that might need immediate attention to avoid more costly breakdowns later or let you know if it can wait.This is important because I recently had my winter tires swapped elsewhere at my neighbourhood shop for convenience and shortly after found the brakes noisy because were totally worn and almost unsafe plus front end worn so I will definitely take the time to go to Bloor West Auto for all jobs big or small to keep my family vehicles safe.
