“Couldn’t thank these guys enough. We were referred to My Garage by another fellow mechanic in our circle to have Kevin and his team help my partner and I with a used vehicle purchase.
This was last summer and despite how hectic things were schedule-wise on their end, they took us in with open arms and were extremely prompt with servicing my vehicle.
Trustworthy, honest, and thorough. Again, it was a used car so it needed a LOT of work, to say the least. Once we brought the car in, Kevin was very efficient - just by looking at it, he gave us a run down then and there. He was clear and transparent about what jobs needed to be done, different case scenarios, different options, and laid down what was to be expected in terms of the rates for new parts & labour. Speaking from our initial experience with My Garage, we could really tell Kevin and his team were committed to doing everything in their power to ensure the jobs got done in a timely manner - and they did. Incredibly happy with the service and appreciate all the hard work and dedication they put into taking care of my car. ??

““I usually don’t write reviews, but I have to say they are amazing. I was having serious issues with my car — I have a 2009 Honda civic manual was not able to go to 1st and 2nd gear , and mechanics told me that the transmission most likely needed a rebuild. Someone recommended me to go there, and I don’t know the name of the guy who checked my car, but he took it for a test drive, put some spray on the wires, and boom, everything was working perfectly fine. He was really helpful and didn’t charge me either. Thank you so much if you’re reading this, brother!””

“Unbeatable service and honesty business especially in nowadays economy. I’m initially hesitating to send my car for transmission check until both of my trusted go to auto shop refer the same spot. The owner is truly amazing and honest. He thoroughly inspected my car and did not find any transmission issue. When I asked how much will that be ( usually any auto shop will charge for even just inspection, and he inspected my car during holiday season for more than one day), owner Julio said he didn’t fix anything so “ABSOLUTELY NOTHING”. He is an amazing business owner and operating his business by honesty and kindness. Highly recommended. P.S. if you have transmission issue of your car, mention diamond transmission to your auto shop who doesn’t fix transmission, I bet this will be their referral spot if based on honesty !”

“Went to Mister Transmission on Woodchester Dr. after my daughter's 2015 Honda Civic broke down on the road with no traction going forward or reverse. My decision was based on positive customers' reviews of the business on Google. Explained the problem to Giorgio who asked me to bring the vehicle in for inspection. After I had the vehicle towed there, Giorgio soon called me and confirmed that the problem was a broken axle. His repair quote for cost and time was reasonable and his manner was upfront and professional so I also asked for the transmission fluid drain and refill to be done while the vehicle was in the shop.
I left the shop a satisfied customer and would recommend this business for the good customer service delivered there.”

“I bought a brand new, custom driveshaft for my Datsun 240Z from a company in the States that specializes in Z's. Right away, I noticed significant vibration at highway speeds. I took the driveshaft to Pat's Driveline and they confirmed there were balance and runout issues. They were able to repair it by the next day, which involved cutting off and rewelding one of the flanges and rebalancing. I've got it back in the car now, and my Z has never felt smoother! I'm very happy with the results. I am taking off one star though because they didn't call in advance of the repair to give me a quote on the repair cost even though they said they would. Fortunately, the price was reasonable.”

“It was a very snowy day & the wheels needed torquing…so who did I call? The manager answered the call and said they were closing in 10 min, but I could get the wheels torqued, as I do a lot of driving.
He even showed me how to check whether the tires were truly brand new that I had recently purchased. I just mentioned that I paid for new tires, but once I saw them, they appeared like they had been used!
As long as you are not a racist, you will like the brand new tires in shop & car accessories they carry at this store.”
