“Hot Rod Scott’s is the best! The father and son replaced my whole muffler 4 years ago … as I could not get a muffler anywhere else, as my Jetta is an older one & I love it! (Looking for a new used one by the way- 2009-2015) … Then the back muffler w the pipes they did went bad 2 yrs later of course from salt/usage, so they replaced that & then today the middle part rusted out so just had to replace that! Great price always, great place & great guys! & Scott is the best! Thank you. ?”

“Damaged the front grill and fender of my Audi. Their quote was in the middle range of all the quotes. Nick and Tiego kept me informed as to progress and problems sourcing parts from Audi. They found workarounds to solve the lack of and delay by Audi. In the end they charged me two thousand less than the original quote Tiego took over when Nick went on vacation and got me back on the road. The Simplicity team did a great job. Thank you to Tiego for the miracle. The result was perfect and when Audi gets the parts Simplicity will swap out the parts. In the meantime I am back on the road.”
“First-time customer at OK Tire, but I’ve been a long-time consumer of tires and automotive services. I also have experience as a shop foreman and manager, so I have a pretty good understanding of what goes into providing quality service.
I dealt with Mutwashukh and Sean and received absolutely amazing customer service. Every one of my questions and requests was addressed, and my truck was repaired within the timeframe I requested, all at an excellent price.
What really stood out to me was that they provided multiple options based on my needs and preferences rather than simply pushing the most expensive option for the sake of profit. That level of honesty and customer-focused service is hard to find.

“I have only had the truck there twice. Once for exhaust clip that was broken. My other mechanic claimed he had fixed it twice only to have it fall off again within a few days. Aligntek had it repaired within a couple hours...maybe less. And has never fallen off since. Charged a great price. I took the truck back for a major repair. After having the damaged explained it was decided the truck wasn't worth it. No charge to look it over. I feel like I can trust this place. Will definitly be back.”
“Our 2005 Crossfire Roadster had a convertible top that wouldn't go up or down. I had replaced all 7 hydraulic cylinders of which a couple cylinders had developed leaks and after re-installing new hydraulics, it would not work. I called Cochrane after some research as they had good reviews and said they could handle it as they had the right testing equipment and great technicians. I came from Cambridge. Long story short it was a tough one as the problem did not show up in any of the diagnostics, (human error)but they stayed on it. Turns out that I had hooked up a couple hydraulic lines incorrectly. No wonder the computer was confused! They stuck with it and fixed it perfectly. That was late last week. Been perfect since fixed. All the staff was pleasant, well mannered, smart and obviously dedicated to doing things right. I'll drive for an hour any day to get things fixed correctly. Highly recommended.”

I was chasing a coolant issue that had been driving me crazy. My car kept making a loud swishing/gurgling noise inside the cabin, and despite my efforts, I couldn’t get rid of it.
Mayur took the time to diagnose the issue properly instead of guessing. He drained the old coolant, vacuum-filled the cooling system, installed a new radiator cap, and thoroughly bled all the trapped air out of the system.
The difference was immediate. I drove to a car meet and all the way back, and for the first time there wasn’t a single coolant noise from the cabin. The car runs exactly the way it should now.
What impressed me the most wasn’t just the repair—it was the level of care and attention to detail. Mayur explained what he was doing and made sure everything was right before I left. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days.
