“Bought a new pair of boots earlier this week and realized a few days later that one was missing the insole; so wore them back to the store. Both the Manager and Assistant Manager (I believe) were incredibly helpful, friendly and courteous. They took care of the situation immediately; replaced both insoles and cut them to shape for inside the boots for a perfect fit. Great customer service; we are so lucky to have this store and the amazing staff who work there!”

Loved the collection they had. I got a nice linen blazer here, a cute painting and other trinkets. I thought I lost my wallet here and then was running around all over to find it. The staff were so helpful! I ran to their sister store! They were also super helpful. They took my details to let me know if they find it. I love a cute little town with full of good vibes and kind people! I found the wallet elsewhere finally but the fact that they were fully invested in helping me find it speaks volumes!
Will definitely return here with our dog again and I promise to keep my belongings safe so as to not trouble anyone there next time!”

“I made it to Elora for a wedding and realized that I forgot my suit when I arrived at the hotel. I called the store and they said they could take care of me. I walked in and Nate welcomed me to the store. He was both informative and empathetic to my situation. He found me an outfit and made sure that the seamstress could do a 45 minute turnaround for the alterations. Top shelf service and clothing. Special shoutout to Nate for taking such great care of me.”
