“I would like to comment on both Home Hardware's we have two in St Catharìnes, one on Scott Street, and one on Hartzel Rd. They have everything you need for home repair and more. I visit both stores depending on witch end of the city I'm in. Also the staff at both stores are knowledgeable in whatever you need. And very kind, they treat you with respect I enjoy either store. “Hit and miss. I find things are either over priced, or great deals. Some things are cheaper in a retail store or on sale. And with a big purchase there's no warranty so you have to really look through the box to make sure a component isn't missing. I bought a beautiful sink which was sealed shut so I assumed it would be tact, but it was missing the accessories (cutting board and strainer, and yes, the box said they came with it) so try replacing THAT. In their defense, I'm from out of town so it would be a pain to deal with so I didn't even bother to call to complain, so I cant say what the outcome would have been.”
