“We can't say enough about the amazing guys at Trenton Tirecraft!! We were visiting Trenton and on our way home we had a flat tire. They offered to take a look at the tire right away. Unfortunately, the wheel locking key was missing from our vehicle so there was no way they could remove the tire to patch the hole. Instead, they were able to plug the hole which enabled us to be safely on our way home to Kingston. Not only did they provide help to us when we needed it, they didn't charge us because they weren't able to provide a full service repair!! We are so grateful that we have paid it forward by making a donation to our local food bank in recognition of their good deed.”

“Our family (with a 1year old baby) were on a trip from Ottawa to Toronto return in same day. Our battery died in our truck on a Saturday afternoon. When we contacted Mays garage, Jason, a mechanic answered and no hesitation. Told us if we brought a new battery he would change it so we could be on our way. He changed the battery, checked to make sure alternator and everything else was running fine.

“Fantastic customer service, I’m a car show guy. Took my 2017 mustang GT to them to get springs and a short throw shifter installed. They were a bit unsure on the shifter which I understand is a bit out of norm, they did they their research and installed it perfectly. Didn’t even look like they worked on the inside of the car when it was done. Was spotless upon pickup, just had my springs installed on my 2024 mustang GT. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received.
The lady at front desk was super kind, stayed late just for me to be able to pick up my car at 5:25. She went and picked it up from alignment at 5pm. The service and level of expertise is amazing. I fully trust them with my show cars and would highly recommend them which I have many times previously to friends.

I got a puncture in my tire on the highway home from Kingston, and pulled off at the nearest exit (Trenton), making it to a nearby gas station before the tire was fully deflated. I contacted Action and their friendly staff came out, filled my tire enough to get me to the shop, plugged the leak and inspected the tire immediately. Great price for the service and I was on my way within the hour. Would recommend their tire services to anybody, and the staff was very kind and generous!”

“I would highly recommend this business, their work and pricing can't be beat. Steve runs an honest shop. My wife was told she needed brakes and rotors at a dealership, I took it to Steve's and they checked them, got a phone call to let us know that they were good for another year! Now that's honest service!! I failed to mention that I have had my front and rear brakes done at Steve's and saved on both occasions compared to previous quotes from another location. Great savings for someone on a fixed income or for anyone!”
