“The service centre team was great. My rear lights (tail, signals, back up and brakes) were discovered not to be working when I arrived to Gan on the weekend. I had to wait until Monday morning for the garage to open and they offered to fit me in if I dropped it off for the day! It's the busy time snd I really appreciated the offer since I couldn't drive home to Ottawa without confidence the lights were going to work.
They fixed me up by end of day and unnecessarily apologized for only getting to my truck at day's end! It was I who was truly grateful. For the record it was the ground wire at my hitch causing the issue.
5 stars. All the employees at Service and in store were very friendly and helpful. Thanks again!!”

“For all the bad reviews, I see they are all from out of the area, or even the state for that matter. I am as well from out of the area, have been going into Rak's for years and have never encountered anyone that works there as is described. The oldest individual that runs the business is in her 40's and has never been "nasty". The store is exactly that. Full of things that vacationer's may be looking for just to get while they are on vacation. It's called having fun. There is no one that works there that would yell at anyone for being on a cell phone. Also, I know Colleen personally and she would not accuse a customer of ripping their shirt in another store if, it indeed, had happened in her store. These reviews are either over exaggerated or should be applied to other facilities.”
