I talked to one of the associates, though he was quite young but really had the command on his job, he looked my list, and guided me to the right places where I found those items there.”
“Staff are welcoming and helpful and they go the extra mile to get you what you need. The store has plenty of selection and I always find exactly what I need.
Edit: The last 5 or 6 times I've been here, the staff have been heard cursing / swearing loudly - often with children in the store. Maybe not a huge deal to some, but this is a workplace, with kids present - sad to hear this going on.”
“This Home Hardware is really popular and important for the community since there aren’t many hardware stores around here. Like most Home Hardware stores, the customer service is always great-the staff are super friendly and helpful. If you’re in the area and need something from a hardware store, I recommend this location. They even sell chlorine in bulk for swimming pools-just bring your own chlorine container and they’ll fill it up for you. It’s a lot easier on the wallet compared to buying bottles separately.”

“After doing my research for a Christmas gift, I found myself at Rona Milton. Once I found what I was looking for, I wondered over to the checkouts and asked for help getting the large item into the cart.
I was met with a very lovely young man named Toby who happily helped me get the box over to the cashier.
I was about to push the cart to my car when Toby stopped me and insisted I drive the car over to the door so he could help me put the box in my car.
What a gentleman!!! So rare to find these days. I feel terrible because the cashier with him was so lovely too and I didn’t get her name.
We’ve been to this Rona before and have always found very helpful staff. Toby is an amazing addition to the team!!”

“Went to Rona for the first time for shopping. It was great experience. My car was getting out weight because of load of concrete , Peter and Justin suggested me to make 2 trips so that car does not get impacted.
It might have increased their work a bit , but still they helped me . I am surprised by some bad comments and reviews of Rona . For me , it was great experience .
