Today, they changed the stabilizer bar links and the car is smooth again. On the top of that, free car replacement until the job is done, and every repair is guaranteed for 1 year or 20,000km, stated on the bill. Also, last week they helped me with a flat tire in 10 minutes, because I was in a hurry, and they not even asked me if I was a regular customer, just did it right away, guys saved my day. “I would like to thank the staff who prepare (pressure wash, brush with soapy water) the car before automatic cleaning. On weekdays, especially before 1:00 p.m. the employee who has been there for quite a long time is very polite and takes special care to do an excellent job. For young people who often work Saturdays and Sundays, they are arrogant, sometimes rude and often impose the payment of tips. If you say no to tipping the prep before the car wash, the job is done in a hurry and often incomplete. This kind of service is unacceptable. I have been a regular customer for many years.”

“Even though it doesn't wash the best, I bought a package so I can wash it every day and I use it. It's very useful. It doesn't do a very detailed cleaning, but at least the mud, snow and salt residue from the teeth are removed very quickly, so it's easy to get it done while passing by. We had a lot of problems for a while because it wasn't working. But I'm happy these days.”

They quoted a very reasonable price and did great work, but beyond that they are very focused on people. When getting a quote they took time with me that nobody else did and at every step along the way were accommodating and friendly.
