The other shops I contacted were either not very responsive or had fairly mixed reviews. I’m really happy that I came across AUTOZ and in one week time since my first contact with James, my car is fixed. James did a beautiful job and was super responsive to any inquiry I had. “Got my vehicle back and amazing workmanship. Mauricio and his team have done an outstanding PPF of the entire vehicle. One has to go hunt for the PPF lines otherwise they are not visible. It takes an experienced professional to do this and Mauricio is that professional! “I recently brought my 2014 Prius Hybrid wiith 195,000in to ICS AutoBody to refurbish the hybrid. Moses is honest, thorough, methodological and knowledgeable in this niche hybrid cell replacement. Moses replaced all cells.
He kept the car over a period of several days. I returned a few days later where he again over several days rechecked everything to correct a glitch. I will be without hesitation a return customer.
Pricing is reasonable and fair. I had earlier gone toToyota on McArther and they were going to give me $1200 on a trade-in and subsequently be used for parts. Another Toyota dealer was going to replace battery at an exhorbotant cost and did not advise it was redur ished.

I am not sure if I the guy I was dealing with was an owner or operator, but he was very friendly and professional. My french isn't really that good, and they were able to help me in English. They quoted a very reasonable price and did great work, but beyond that they are very focused on people. When getting a quote they took time with me that nobody else did and at every step along the way were accommodating and friendly.
