“I will sing the praises of this mechanic until the day that I die. They were absolutely the best thing that could have happened when my car’s axels literally broke right outside of their shop. They were so nice, came running out after hearing the screeching, and towed my car onto their lot. I was so shaken up, but they made me feel less scared. I was able to get the car within 48 hrs, after it had been repaired and road-worthy again. Just great customer service and even better auto service. I was so stressed out when it happened because I needed to be home for a school thing and when they took my keys and said “don’t worry about it” I believed them, and rightfully so. “After my seventeen year old confused the brake and the gas pedal, we were in some trouble! Front wheels dangling in the air (see photo), car teetering on the curb - Mo to the rescue! At 8pm on a Thursday Mo arrived quickly, assessed the situation, came up with a plan, and ever so gently pulled our car from the edge of disaster. No damage, no fuss, the rate was even reasonable! This is my first positive experience with a towing company, and if I ever need another tow I’d never phone anyone else… and with two more kids to learn to drive, that is a distinct possibility…”
