Sarah not only told me where they were, she went and got the items for me because they were in different aisles and then carried my bag to the front for me. Just so happens, she also checked me out.Turns out, this was the manager jumping in and doing stocking, customer service and then cash.Thanks so much Sarah!”

“Good morning, I made some purchases at Dollarama located on the Gatineau promenade and for once, the aisles were clear and the store was still in order, despite all the merchandise the store has. We agree that it's not high quality merchandise, but sometimes, it gets the job done. And congratulations to those who work there because it's not always easy to work in retail. There are good customers and sometimes, some customers leave something to be desired. I speak from physical experience I have been in retail management. Some customers attack the floor people or those at the cash register and it's quite unsightly. So please have a little respect for the people in these businesses. You have a problem, contact management.. THANKS”

“Dollarama is one of my favorite stores because you can find almost everything you need at affordable prices. They have a great variety of household items, snacks, cleaning supplies, stationery, seasonal products, and more. The staff are always friendly and provide excellent customer service. The only downside is that the self-checkout can sometimes be a bit slow, but overall it’s still a great place to shop.”
