I never felt like they were pushy and trying to get a sale, I really felt like they wanted to help us find exactly what we were looking for, and both times, they did exactly that! Their warranty is also super awesome, if you get it and don't use it, you get that money back as a store credit when the 5 year warranty is over. It would be silly not to get it, everybody wins!”
