“Purchased love seat June 2 and delivery was to be in 3-4 months. It is now mid October and I cannot get anyone to reply to my requests about delivery date. Were very courteous and friendly while purchasing but after sales service it terrible. Have gone to Palliser with a complaint and maybe I will get something from them.

“I enjoy visiting and shopping at Bouclair Plateau location. I looked at this store from my fashion and landscape designer's standpoint. The store is always impeccably clean and very well organized. All new collections are very well presented that help easy to shop and navigate in the store. I love the idea of having a concept store and not a warehouse as many other furniture home decor stores. I'm European and the visual aspect of the stores is very important. I feel I'm in a curated place when I shop at Bouclair on Plateau. The sales representatives are always accommodating and very friendly. What is Super Important for me - the staff speaks English and always provides translation from French. I never experienced ignoring me based of not speaking French.”
“I am a new customer to this store and was impressed to find a large selection of the material I needed!
At first I was disappointed that the staff are unable to give recommendations on cutting lengths, but given how many customers in other reviews have used this against them it makes sense that they don’t want to be liable. They have however given me several inches(up to half a meter!) more material than what I paid for each of my visits!! So I can’t complain!!
The staff are also very friendly and helpful, .
