“Good morning,Every time I have been to this particular Rona store, I have never felt so welcomed and taken care of. The employees are incredibly professional, they have the knowledge and abilities necessary to answer my needs and questions. I can completely trust them for the rest of my projects. In addition, I was able to meet the 2 owners who are totally fabulous. They listen to their customers, always with a smile and they give their 110% so that their customers are satisfied whatever their needs. I live in an area where there is another Rona. “Yesterday, a customer spoke to a clerk, and I patiently waited for them to finish. I then excused myself and asked for a voltage converter. The customer wasn’t happy that I was talking to the clerk, even though they were done talking. He then walked out and said, “You’re an idiot.” We didn’t know who he referred to, me or the clerk. I was stunned. Another customer heard him and asked me what happened. He then chased the person and reported it to the manager. His actions moved me since I couldn’t defend myself from the rude customer. I am thankful for the manager who took action and didn’t tolerate that kind of behaviour and also for the other customer who stood up and reported the incident.”

“Just wanted to say the service here is great. Went to buy mulch today and it was one of the few stores in the area that still had decent sized stock. As I was leaving, two employees helped me take the trolley all the way without me asking, and unloaded all the bags for me. Was very much appreciated!”
