Kris had an assisted walking device and that didn’t stop his mission of finding my item in the whole warehouse. Linzel loaded up 5 heavy boxes without me needing to ask. Very hard to find these quality employees in today’s economy. Bravooo”

I had support from the light fixture salesman to the cahsier, all very eager to provide additional information. “Great selection for smaller projects. Great staff. If you are a car enthusiast they have a small selection of automotive needs that usually meet what you want. Paint selection is quite good and lots of housewares items, cleaning supplies, tools, some small toys for kids and seasonal selections.”

I was worried about paint smells and she opened multiple cans for me until I was comfortable and helped me select the best paint for the job I was doing at home. “From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, every single employee I encountered greeted me warmly and proactively asked if I needed assistance . A small gesture that made a big impression and set the tone for an outstanding visit!
I was particularly impressed by Nathalie in the wood-cutting department, who delivered some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. It was genuinely refreshing to be served by a woman excelling in a field traditionally dominated by men, and she did so with remarkable confidence and expertise.
Nathalie walked me through every step of the process clearly and patiently, presented several options tailored to my needs, and gave me an accurate estimate of how long the cutting would take. Her knowledge is evident, but what truly sets her apart is how much she genuinely cares about the customer experience. You can tell she takes real pride in her work and that enthusiasm is contagious.
This level of service, from every corner of the store, is exactly what keeps customers coming back. I will absolutely return, and I recommend this store without hesitation.”

“I had such an incredible experience at Home Depot that I felt it deserved to be recognized.
I went into the store looking for a flower watering can, and because I'm currently having vision problems, I asked for some help. That's when Meemo stepped in. She was beyond wonderful! She greeted me with such warmth and kindness and immediately went to find someone who could help me. Rather than leaving me on my own, she stayed by my side and kept talking to me until help arrived.
Antonio then came over, and he was absolutely fantastic! He walked me over to the watering cans, explained the different options, showed me the available colours, and helped me choose the two that best suited my needs. To top it all off, he carried both watering cans to the checkout for me, where he and Meemo worked together to help me complete my purchase.
Sadly, many stores are quick to dismiss people who need a little extra help, but that was not my experience here. Meemo and Antonio went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed, supported, and valued. Their kindness, patience, and exceptional customer service turned what could have been a difficult shopping trip into a genuinely wonderful experience.

Thursday October 11, 2024 at 8:20 p.m. I went to the store for an item that I saw online which showed that it was available in store but ultimately the inventory on the site had not been updated further. I came from 1h30 away I want to thank the manager who did everything possible with an employee so that I could obtain the fan from the Quebec region thank you to both of you I received my fan customer service 10/10 I hope they get this message and recognize it”
“They have an excellent line of Tilley clothes, they have every tool imaginable, the have the best garden centre on Innes. They are not competitive enough against Home Demo, so I bought my BBQ there.”
“So far experience here is much better than the Coventry road Canadian Tire. The guy here also, asked me to ask dealer what tire size should I get. But, he also explained why isn't this safe for him to recommend a tire for my car.
He was also kind enough to provide me an estimated quote, based on the fact that I may go for a downsized rim. Really appreciated his efforts. The other day at the same store, another employee helped me to decide what's a potential fit for my car.
I mean I totally get it, that I should confirm from a dealer before making the purchase. But I still feel, anyone who sell tires should be able to do some research and tell for sure what's the best fit.
They delivered the same message as the Coventry store, but unlike them, had a super helpful attitude. Loved it.”
