“Bought my bike(1290SAS) here in 2022. Nothing but great service since. They have given good advice, fit me in for service when deadlines for trips were tight ( needed a new tire ), charged a reasonable rate for service and always had me leave confident the bike will keep running well. They are a hike for me to get to (40minutes without traffic) and I keep going back. That should tell you all you need to know.”

“For now I'm giving 5 stars. I sensed honesty, professionalism, patience and kindness in Matthew and his colleagues. Everything was taken care of by them with the exception of not having a battery in stock. I just bought one from CT and they made sure to take the few extra minutes out of their schedule to put it in for me. Matthew took extra time to answer all of my questions after I picked the trailer up. I don't see any problems right now. Good solid service from start to finish.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great store! I picked up a drain auger and some wood screws here and the price was much better than other big retailers. Staff were friendly, the store was clean, and the selection was impressive. Definitely my go-to for tools and hardware!”

“From start to finish I was impressed by not only the sales person but the installers also. The sales person listened to the needs for my kitchen and worked with me to find a solution to fit my taste and my budget. Their turn around time was so fast, I had to rush to purchase a faucet. Guess you can't complain about that. Absolutely beautiful stone and installation. My kitchen is now somewhere I want to spend time in! So impressed by my one piece sink section, 10/10!”

“Selection competes with axis station, asian mart and seoul mart. Some prices are reasonable, sometimes high. The stock changes so frequently, so even when you found something you like, it may not be there anymore. I've shopped here like 30 times or more, I've been going here since it opened. Not sure if it is trying to compete on price or what”

“It was my first time buying from them, and honestly it was a really nice experience. The staff were super helpful, they helped me find my order quickly and even assisted with loading it into my car. The atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back.”

“Why PH is a favourite store. Great friendly staff. Recent example. I ordered parts for my BBQ. OEM sent similar parts too long to fit. PH cut the parts to fit, no charge, even though not their mistake. Thanks to Spencer in the Tools Dept.”

“A hydraulic hose on my tractor decided to break on a Friday at 4:30 p.m. As all the garages were closed I tried to find a place that could help me out on a Saturday. At Quincallerie Touraine they made me a custom hose on a Saturday morning at a more than competitive price. I'm definitely going to go back there.”

“Great selection of items and almost always have whatever it is you might be looking for (I recently bought an American standard toilet flapper), well priced, and the staff are always friendly and helpful (and can often suggest good solutions to problems). It's important to support local businesses.”

“The measure of a business is when things go wrong and how they respond. The very expensive rental that we got for the weekend did not work. A technician showed up Monday and they said that we could keep the equipment into the next weekend. It was a happy solution for us.”

“There are only 2 places in Ottawa. You can take rigid tools in for service. I've used both. I find mytek to be excellent so far. The company maintains a clean shop and work was done quite quickly. This is the second time my planer has been in for repairs since I bought it about 8 months ago. We shall see how long the repairs last.”

“Good morning, Thursday October 11, 2024 at 8:20 p.m. I went to the store for an item that I saw online which showed that it was available in store but ultimately the inventory on the site had not been updated further. “Great store, but no one was able to put my order through with our contractors account. Very frustrating since I had to pay for the materials myself and it will be very difficult to get reimbursed, since they will ask why I didn't put it on our account.”

“I saw a face book post on Busy Bee products, and I was needing a new lawnmower. The price was $50 less than a big lumber store sale price. I ordered one through the internet. The process went perfect. The arrival and pick-up went perfect. The staff were excellent, and the store loader fellow was the best. Courteous and cautious as he loaded the heavy box into our new auto. Sincere thanks for 5-star performance.”
