    They fixed by Ridgid hacksaw within 2.5 weeks. This is very good.

    There are only 2 places in Ottawa. You can take rigid tools in for service. I've used both. I find mytek to be excellent so far. The company maintains a clean shop and work was done quite quickly. This is the second time my planer has been in for repairs since I bought it about 8 months ago.
