“We arrived at our cottage on New Year’s Day to do our mid-winter check and discovered everything in the fridge had frozen solid, so we needed water. Google said Value Mart was open until 6, but with it being a holiday you never really know. We got into town around 5:15 and when we walked up, the owner came out to let us know they had actually closed at 5. Instead of turning us away, he welcomed us in anyway and let us grab what we needed.
That small act of kindness meant a lot, especially after a long drive and dealing with a frozen cottage. Thank you for being so welcoming and understanding. It really says a lot about the kind of business you’re running, and we’ll absolutely continue to support Value Mart because of it.”

“Ordered a quarter beef from Burt farms ~140ibs (steaks, ground beef, roasts + a rack beef ribs) for $5.99/Ibs. Best quality meat I’ve ever had from farms. 5 star is appropriate. Here are some photos keep in mind a couple steaks have been eaten already (top shelf is the steaks, 2 shelf is roast cut into steaks, 3rd shelf is 1 pound wrapped ground beef, 4th row is roasts and ribs , side shelf is stew beef! I just put in another order”
