“Good morningI have been waiting for a delivery for over a week. After contacting the office my package had a tracing system put on it. The FedEx driver came to my door this morning. She found the package for me. She had put it half way up the driveway (because our driveway is steep) (it was covered over by snow and we didn’t see it). Fortunately she had wrapped the package. So the package was in one piece. The item instead was not damaged. The driver was very courteous and kind. It’s good to know in this day and age that people still care.Thank you FedEx and thank you dear driver.A very happy customer”
