“This is not your typical furniture store. Im 64 years old so Ive been around retail. This store provided us with personal service as if we spent thousands of dollars. It was an $800 purchase for my elderly mom who’s moving into a retirement home during the storm. Mark snd the staff were super nice .

She explained everything about the power chair that I was looking at She also explained the difference in leather, which I really didn’t know about, when I was choosing the colour for the chair She took the time to answer the questions that I had. I found her very friendly and also helpful. She was excellent about explaining about the two power chair I was looking at very patient While I was deciding which one I wanted. I even went and got the sofa when she showed it to me and realized it did the same thing as the power chair and I wasn’t even going to go in and get a power sofa”
