“Went there to get a fridge. Brian in the appliance section was just amazing. He helped me locate the one I was looking for. Literally the best customer service I recieved in a very long time in any of the stores. I ended up buying two instead of one. He even got a cart to load them in and brought them out for me and loaded them in my vehicle (which I really appreciate because honestly I would have struggles to put them in by myself). Thanks a lot Brian!!!! I hope he gets recognized by the management for his kindness and professionalism. Would definitely keep coming back to Lowe's.”

They gave me a discount on the lightly used item, which runs flawlessly after 1.5 seasons of use.Plus, they gave me a free pack of 5 litre Echo Red Armour 2-cycle mix for my patience while they were having a busy morning.I bounce around this shop and Sudbury Small Engines based on what I'm looking for, but prefer to shop here, even if they are twice the distance from where I live.”
