“Loretta was able to answer a ot of questions that we had. We didn't feel that she was trying to push us into buying something or sway us to buy a particular item. She was very friendly and patient with us. She was insitfull . She would give us answers and information that we would want to know. She told us about the differet options that came with what we were looking at, without trying to pressure us into buying every option there was. She did her best in the store and on the phone to get us the best price on the sofa and love seat (with console) that we bought. “I'm very happy with Sleep Country and their Guelph (Stone Road) store. From the moment I walked into the store, until the point where the mattress was delivered and setup, I have been happy. They are very easy to deal with and I didn't feel pressured by the sales guy at all. He was friendly, helpful and no pressure. I picked a Dormeo mattress and box-spring. I'm very happy with my purchase. I paid a few extra dollars ($30-35) for their "White Glove Service" and to me, it was worth it. They brought the new mattress right into the house and up to the bedroom. They unpackaged it all in the house which kept the mattress fresh and clean (it's snowing and muddy out right now/January 2024). Their delivery guys were great and took their boots off at the door without me asking (were a 'no shoes" house). I just really appreciated the way I was treated all the way through and I couldn't have asked for anything more.”
