“Wanted to leave a review for a young lady named Guni at your Toronto Premium Outlets store. My wife and I stopped in during Mother's Day weekend and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very polite, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. She helped my wife find the exact jeans she was looking for and made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. You don't see customer service like that too often anymore, especially from someone so young. Very well spoken, friendly, and reliable every time we've come in. We actually came back another day and noticed she wasn't there, then returned yesterday and were happy to see her working again.

“I was dealing with Jim who is the Store manager regarding a pair of sneakers we purchased from this outlet. The sneakers unfortunately had a defect on the bottom but Jim was able to assist us with a refund due to the circumstances. He was extremely polite and helpful throughout the entire process.”
“I had such an amazing first time experience here yesterday. I was looking for some bags that were not in other stores and sold out online. I found them here in a couple of colours. They were set aside for me, I was sent some photos to ensure those were the correct ones, and I ended up getting them both. They are my favourite bags, so I was so happy to get them as they are being discontinued. Customer service was amazing ,and I loved that someone answered the phone every time, right away, and even before store opening. I also love that this outlet is not like some outlets where there is a different cheaper product made, it is just older items from the regular stores.”
