“I had an amazing experience with the Mackage store in premium outlet mall, and especially with Sanyam, who was the supervisor. I was looking for one product for long time and he found it with lots of effort. He was absolutely fantastic, so responsive, super helpful, and really went above and beyond. This was the best purchase I’ve ever made l.I’ve never been this happy with a shopping experience!”
“I’ve come to this location a couple times and honestly it is one of the best places to shop in terms of deals and in store service. The customer service I received today at the register was great. The gentleman working was patient and respectful. For someone like myself who prefers online shopping for the convenience, it’s great being able to go into a store knowing the staff are willing and happy to help you.”
“A big thank you to Karen for her outstanding customer service! She was incredibly helpful, caring, and made shopping such a pleasant experience. She’s a true asset to the store!
GIVER HER A RAISE!!!!!!! 🙌🏻”
“Amazing service especially by Kal. He was so welcoming to us the moment we entered the store and was very enthusiastic and showed true care about our experience. Throughout the store we noticed him going customer to customer to ensure everyone was doing okay - he went above and beyond for us. He helped us find what we were looking for but also many other items. We left happy because of how he made us feel and his expertise , from the moment we entered to the check out he made it very personable, thank you Kal! Hope to see you excel in customer service opportunities :)”
“I had a such a fantastic experience at lululemon at Toronto Premium Outlets. Shoutout to Kate! She was extremely helpful and friendly. It's rare to find such dedication and genuine customer care these days.”
“Outstanding customer service! Sheraz went above and beyond to help me find exactly the product I was looking for. His professionalism, patience and genuine willingness to help made all the difference. It’s rare to meet someone with such a positive and dedicated customer service attitude.

“I want to sincerely apologize and express my deepest gratitude to the wonderful team at Aritzia Toronto Premium Outlets.
Yesterday, I mistakenly thought I was missing part of my change after making a cash purchase. The team took my concern seriously and treated me with incredible patience, kindness, and professionalism.
I especially want to thank Keila/Kaila and the young woman who helped me. When they noticed that I was having some difficulty with English, they made sure I understood everything and even brought a Spanish-speaking team member to assist me. Their kindness meant so much to me.
When I arrived home and started taking the things out of my shopping bags, I found the missing money inside one of the bags I had been carrying in my hand. It was completely my mistake, and I feel truly sorry for taking up their time and causing unnecessary concern.
I sincerely apologize to the entire team, especially to the young woman who helped me. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and exceptional customer service. You turned an uncomfortable misunderstanding into a beautiful example of kindness and professionalism.
I am truly grateful.

“Fantastic experience at the Tommy Hilfiger outlet located at the Premium Outlets store in Halton. Ms.Muku was so helpful . The apparel is beyond doubt superlatively good quality and they offer reasonably priced goods. Would highly recommend. A special mention to Ms.Muku once again for being an excellent manager .”
“I had a wonderful experience at this store. All of the associates who helped me were kind and welcoming, but Jaskirat truly went above and beyond. She was so attentive, patient, and thoughtful throughout my visit, and even took the time to beautifully tie the new scarf I purchased onto my handbag. That extra touch meant so much and made the experience feel extra special. Thank you for the amazing service — I highly recommend asking for Jaskirat if you visit the store!”
“HOLY GUACAMOLE. I went to adidas looking for some jerseys and cleats and may I say the selection was truly beautiful. All the club jerseys were released and this one employee Hamza helped me throughout my entire shopping experience. He was very kind, quick and truly remarkable. Great items and honestly even greater service.”
