“Customer service at this location always forces me to write a review. I went there in March 17 2024 to look for markdown shoes. I miss read the sign and did not buy. But this amazing girl who was trying to help me …I needed a sneaker cleaner thing. She got a cleaner and cleaned my sneakers. She did not have to touch my sneakers but she did and showed me how well it works. On receipt her name is Puneet. Very professional and a level of service that is very rare. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.”

“Had a great experience with Fariah today. My wife saw a pair of shoes at Steve Madden square one that she liked but had some glue on the strap. She ended up ordering online and got the same pair that we saw in person. I took the pair to the Steve Madden location at TPO and Fariah way above and beyond what I expected. She called the only other store that had it (Ottawa) and when they confirmed they had the pair she asked them to check if they looked clean. They said they didn’t so she offered to clean them. When the cleaning wasn’t what she hoped she then called head office and asked them to send a pair, which they agreed to. Absolutely incredible customer service. I’d be happy to give her my business again. Thanks so much, Fariah!”

Met Umesh there, he asked us to explain the location of the shoe placed on the wall at Toronto premium, and he helped us to get the same shoe at Vaughan. We did not find the size and he helped us to get the shoe from Oakville and made it easy for us to pick it again from Toronto premium. Really great service. ”
