“I had a truly wonderful experience at the New Balance Factory Store at Toronto Premium Outlets. After a year of recovery following a stroke, this was my first time shopping again. I have ongoing issues with my left foot, so finding the right shoes is very important. Tafair, who helped me, was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with me, explaining different options and making sure I found the best fit without ever making me feel rushed. I also spoke with the supervisor, Imran, to share my appreciation. It was clear that Tafair is not only professional but also a great person. Kyram, Mac, and Denzel were also friendly and welcoming. I would describe this team as a flight crew—Captain Imran, Pilot Tafair, and attendants Kyram, Mac, and Denzel—working together to make every customer feel comfortable and well taken care of.
