The sales associate named Nathan was so helpful! He really helped me out and looked for the shoes i needed for Monday! I would definitely come back for the customer service and they have a pretty goos selection of Birkenstocks.

Staff didn’t greet anyone that walked in. People had questions but couldn’t find a staff member. Their sales were decent, but nothing too special.
