“Jason, Meghan and team were beyond accommodating, helping me with a defective item return. They went above and beyond with my and my 6-year-old to get us a replacement toy she was dying to use. It wasn't their fault the first toy didn't work, and yet they went above and WAAAAAY beyond to make everything better. It's obvious they cared about us having a good experience--so of course the kid now wants to go back all the time :)”
